Scanning Devices Inc. has acquired H. B. Registration

Scanning Devices Inc. has completed the acquisition of H. B. Registration, Linden, New Jersey and is consolidating operations of the two companies in Scanning Devices’ Burlington, Massachusetts facility.

Products, application advice and installation support provided by H. B. Registration are now available from Scanning Devices Inc.

For many years, Scanning Devices has manufactured instrument and control products for H. B. Registration, with H. B. providing application advice, installation services and support from its office in Linden, NJ. The acquisition and consolidation combines engineering, manufacturing, application support, installation services and other business operations in the Scanning Devices facility. The H. B. Registration office in Linden, NJ has been closed.
