Motorized Stainless Steel Table counts labels as they are transferred from a supply to a takeup roll through a counting station. Label count is by photoelectric sensor projected through the web, detecting the difference between label on backing and backing alone.

Operations

Standard Label Counting Table counts and reports the number of labels on a roll. With proper setup, count is guaranteed to within 1 label per roll. Visual set-up mode with dual adjustments allows an operator to easily determine the optimum sensor setting to achieve accurate roll count.

The table counts labels from one moving disc to another. This method best controls roll tension - minimizing drag on the roll throughout winding. The table's design avoids telescoping of rolls during handling by using take-off discs. As a result, labels are delivered to the counting station consistently and reliably for accurate count.
